For Neology’s newest project, we dove headlong into creating a retro concept inspired by the golden days of the midcentury, but with a modern, edgy aesthetic to page homage to the ecclectic and colorful roots of Allapattah. Undertaking the creation and development of the branding for Neology’s latest venture in Allapattah was a fun challenge. Our task was to create a distinct personality for this new project while keeping it aligned with its sister development, No 17 Residences, located just down the road. A delicate balance was important to ensure a cohesive family of brands for Neology while avoiding any overlap with Neology’s flagship project, The Julia, located in the same area. By meticulously crafting a new visual identity, conceptualizing its name, and deploying a captivating branding strategy, we aimed to create a project identity that is not only uniquely compelling but also seamlessly integrated into Neology’s broader brand landscape.
